Longing For Spring?

My sweet friend Colette made this bedding for her 13 year old daughter, who is crazy for yellow.

Speaking of Colette.  She headed out to California for a trip with her husband this weekend and left me with 5 kids-- I mean in addition to my own 3!!!  Now I should say that we left our kids with them for like 10 days when we went to Europe a few years ago.  I should also say that these are 5 of my favorite kids in the world.

One of the highlights of the weekend was when 11-year-old Jared asked at dinner, "Now, how are we related?"  The answer is through Adam and Eve. :-)  But isn't it wonderful to have friends that just feel like family.

If you haven't seen the news, we are embarking on a serious ice storm here.  Our bishop just emphasized emergency preparedness yesterday (have some firewood and a space heater handy). I wish he'd said something a few weeks earlier. ;-)  The power outages here can be brutal and I'm a bit nervous.  A little spring weather does sound lovely.

Love the colors. Absolutely fantastic. Hope you have lots of flashlights and batteries. You can keep all that snow and ice. I'll take our nice windy days here anyday.

Awesome pillow with spring design. I like it all which are different design and color. It's look like soft and smooth.
