When I'm not changing diapers or cleaning bottles... When I'm not chasing Luke while he is running through the house, brandishing a giant dripping piece of watermelon with his diaper off... When I'm not cleaning glitter out of every nook and cranny (including poor baby brother's hair) from Lily's latest craft project... Sometimes the stars align and we have a few minutes of peace and I can sneak into my studio and paint. Phew!

these are absolutely stunning. and they are my favorite colors!! :)

I feel the same way with a two year old and a four year old under my feet. You have a wonderful talent. Keep up the good work of being a mommy and a wonderful artist!

Refreshing and lovely. You are such a talent. But enjoy the calamity and hoopla. Mine are grown and gone and sometimes the peacefulness hurts my ears.

Barb, I love that, "and sometimes the peacefulness hurts my ears." I need remember that when I get fed up with the chaos.

Amazing - amazing art, amazing that you can have a minute or two to paint with little ones running around!

Love the paintings - just gorgeous. It's a big jump from two kids to three, right! I feel it! As my mum pointed out, they now outnumber us... what were we thinking? I wouldn't change it though - they are such blessings. Although that is harder to remember when one decides to paint the other two with permanent marker....

I love your work! I have a creative itch that I'm really needing to scratch and am interested in learning to paint. What kind of paint did you use for these? I'm curious about how to get started. Thanks for any advice you can offer!

Hello!!! I live in France and I have just received about 7 yards of fabrics from your lantern bloom collection!!! They are FABULOUS!!!
Sometimes when ordering online you get a little disapointed, especially about color and sometimes design. Not at all in this case, the colors and design are exactly how I imagined them. Now I have to get down and work them!!!!
I'll be keeping an eye on what you do, I'm so in love with your style!!!
Thanks for offering these great designs for us!!!
