One O'clock Nap

Before Lily rushed off to school this morning she left me some very detailed instructions for Teddy. It's not the first time she's given me instructions for him, but in the past it's been something like, "Mom, can you sew Teddy's head back on?"
So as proof that I accomplished something today I have photographed Teddy at his various activities. Lily is going to flip out when I show her these. I expect that she will lay awake tonight, day dreaming of all the things Teddy needs to do tomorrow. His schedule will undoubtedly tighten. Poor Teddy.
My schedule may even be tighter than Teddy's, with church stuff, and kid
stuff, and oh so many paintings to finish, all before my upcoming trip
to Arizona. Yikes! I'd better get to work before Teddy wakes up from his nap.

Wow, you ARE one busy Momma bear! ;)

Oh, your pictures are wonderful! Love the look on his face with the blocks!! Yes, no doubt both of you will be having more detailed schedules in the future. I see Teddy at the park, Teddy at the grocery store, Teddy riding his bike.... ;-)

Soooo funny! My favorite pic is the one with the ball.
Teddy looks like a cousin of Rupert Bear. (He lives at our house, and is currently napping on the couch while his owner is at preschool.)

Oh, this is SO utterly charming. And would your daughter please set out MY schedule? I would love to have my play time, reading time, and nap time so well organized.

So adorable! She will look back at that note and those pictures someday and think what a great mom! Thanks (and thanks to Lily) for the reminder to enjoy life a little more, esp. life with kids!
